A gorgeous countryside wedding at Cave Hill Creek
If you’re dreaming of a gorgeous countryside or lakeside wedding, Cave Hill Creek could be the place for your special day. With a picturesque green and gold backdrop and lakeside setting, it offers perfect photogenic opportunities and great facilities. Cave Hill Creek was definitely the perfect place for Jess and Chris’ wedding celebrations (and wedding photography). Everything was just perfect.
We love a good love story
Jess and Chris met back in 2010 where they were both studying at the University of Ballarat. Chris was studying Exercise and Sport Science and Jess studied Nursing. We’re told that for Chris, it was love at first sight but for Jess it took her a little longer to notice Chris. But Chris never backed down as he knew Jess was the woman for him. And it all paid off, in 2011, they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend.
In 2016, Jess and Chris went on a big snow adventure, hiking all the way up to the top of Australia’s highest peak in the beautiful NSW Snowy Mountains, Mount Kosciusko. It was a lot of hard work (some might say it was slightly painful) climbing all the way to the top however it all was worth it as this was where Chris popped the question! WOW! We wish we could have been there to take some photographs of that moment! AMAZING proposal! Such a sweet story that they have shared with us.
A special moment
Jess and Chris’ wedding was such a fun filled day. One of my favourite moments was when their fur-baby, Jimmy the kelpie made a special appearance and brought his mum and dad their rings.
