The beginning of their forever
Before Lauren and Trent got married at Cave Hill Creek, lets tell the story of how they first met.
Trent’s first real introduction to Lauren was at the movie theatres, where Lauren relentlessly kicked the back of his chair. Like any recipient on the end of a seat bashing he was getting a little irritated but he tolerated it because of those eyes! (Signs of love a t first sight!)
Fast forward ten years, Trent and Lauren have had countless adventures; joining the world-class travellers club (with the passport stamps to prove it). They’ve supported each other through a lot, built up their careers, bought a house and of course became puppy-parents.
The Proposal
Trent proposed one morning in October, a year and a half ago. Lauren had been having a rough few months and she turned to him and said that she felt like she might have a bad day today, with which he replied that he guaranteed she wouldn’t.
When she got out of bed and headed down to the kitchen, where Trent had prepared a beautiful breakfast spread of croissants and jams. And when she turned around, he was on one knee asking her to marry him!
Married and Merry
Lauren and Trent are truly a lovely couple. So happy, easy going and a lot of fun to be around. There was a lot of laughter among the bridal party and I can see why they have chosen who that have to stand with them on their special day.
Lauren and Trent got married at the amazing picturesque, Cave Hill Creek. Weddings here are truly beautiful. The wedding décor was top notch, they hired some really comfy couches, it was like bringing the indoors outside in the beautiful sunshine. And I really love it when couples include their fur-children. It is so nice to see all members of the family included.
Lauren and Trent’s first dance was pretty good too, a must see in the photo gallery below. By the look on their faces, I reckon they had a lot of fun dancing. I had a great time being Lauren and Trent’s wedding photographer and I hope they love their wedding photos. Thanks for sharing with me your story with me and letting me be part of your special day.
