Wedding in Bannockburn – Caitlin & Jason

A beautiful wedding

It was such a joy to photograph Caitlin and Jason’s wedding. The ceremony was at a truly unique venue called The Heights Heritage House and Garden, located in Geelong. The Heights is the largest prefabricated weatherboard home left in Victoria, it has beautifully manicured grounds, a stable complex and a bluestone groom’s cottage. With uninterrupted views of spectacular mountain ranges, The Heights has the perfect backdrop for garden wedding ceremonies and wedding photography.

The reception

Caitlin and Jason continued the celebrations with their guests at the amazing Clyde Park Vineyard. Located 30 kilometres north of Geelong, in Bannockburn, surrounded by rolling hills. The view was breathtaking.

The love story

Caitlin and Jason first met at Lamby’s (Tavern) back in 2008 on the dancefloor via Caitlin’s friend, Katie (as Caitlin was too shy to go over and talk to Jase). Caitlin and Jason remained friends for a while, but their friendship blossomed into to something more and they finally made their relationship official in June 2012. They became engaged on 14 February 2017 – Valentines’ day, oh so romantic!
