Wedding in Queenscliff – Kristy & Simon

A picturesque seaside wedding in Queenscliff

Having a wedding in Queenscliff is quite special. Queenscliff is a small town on the Bellarine Peninsula in southern Victoria. It is surrounded by water, on three sides, giving it a large stretch of coastline. Which is just perfect for beautiful scenic wedding photos! Queenscliff has some beautiful historical buildings but the most iconic building  has to be the 1880s Vue Grand Hotel, which was where Kristy and Simon had their wedding.

A beautiful moment

Kristy and Simon’s youngest, Olivia was the flower girl and their eldest daughter Haley, (who is only a cute four years old) had the responsibility of”giving away the bride” and accepting Simon as her stepfather at the ceremony. This was really a unique and special heartfelt moment.

The love story

An online success story, Kristy and Simon just knew that they were meant to be together. Their first date was at Stonehouse Cafe in Warrandyte. Kristy and Simon dated for several weeks and when the time was right they took Haley on a family date to Healesville Sanctuary, where Kristy and Simon became an ‘official couple’.
